Web design and AI for insurance agencies. Write more policies, stop losing shoppers to the 1-800 competition.
Florida's insurance market is unlike anywhere else, and shoppers here compare fast. I build the website, the marketing, and the AI that get agencies in Orlando and Tampa found in search, capture every quote request the moment it lands, and keep renewals from drifting away, so your producers can focus on writing business.
You write great policies. But are prospects finding you first?
Independent agencies live and die on new business and renewals. But getting found online, answering leads fast, and keeping clients from drifting to the 1-800 competitors is where most hit a wall. Local search, lead capture, marketing, and your website are the gaps quietly costing you policies.
Leads Go Cold Fast
A prospect fills out a quote form or calls, and if nobody gets back to them within minutes, they've already bought from the direct competitor who did. In insurance, the fastest response usually wins the policy.
Invisible When They Search
When someone Googles "home insurance Tampa" or "Florida flood coverage," they call whoever shows up first. If you're on page two, you don't exist. Local search is the difference between a full pipeline and a quiet phone.
Renewals Slipping Away
Renewals are your lifeblood, but proactive outreach falls off the second your team gets buried in new business and service requests. You can't keep, or cross-sell, the clients you don't have time to follow up with.
A Website That Doesn't Convert
A generic agency site sends Florida shoppers straight to an aggregator. If it's slow, hard to trust, or makes requesting a quote a chore, prospects bounce to the 1-800 competitor. Your website is either winning policies or losing them.

Technology that helps you write more policies and keep more clients.
AI Integration & Strategy
The carrier call centre answers a quote request in ninety seconds because that is the only thing it does. AI closes that gap without putting a machine anywhere near advice. It acknowledges immediately, captures what needs covering, gathers the details a quote actually requires, and gets a licensed person scheduled. It never recommends a product or implies a price. More on how AI agents handle quote intake inside strict limits.

Fractional CTO
Agencies inherit their technology: a management system chosen a decade ago, a rater bolted on, a website from a carrier programme, and a CRM nobody updates. Each holds part of the client and none of them agree. I work out what's worth keeping, connect what remains, and give you an answer on the next vendor pitch from someone who isn't earning commission on it. Here's how fractional CTO works when nobody on staff owns technology.

Web Design & Custom Software
Most agency sites are a carrier template with a logo swapped in, which is exactly why they lose to the national brands. What you actually have is local knowledge: the coverage questions specific to this state, this county, and the situations you handle every week. Pages built around that beat a polished national page for the searches that carry real intent. See what goes into web design and custom software for agencies and advisors.

You lose to the call centre on speed, not on quality.
Independent agents nearly always give better advice than a national call centre. They just answer slower, and in this business the first useful response usually wins the policy.
The quote request is a race you didn't know you entered
Someone shopping coverage fills in three or four forms in a sitting. The carriers behind those forms respond in minutes because responding is all their call centre does. If your quote request lands in an inbox checked between appointments, you're competing for the people nobody else got to first, and no amount of local expertise fixes a two-day gap.
Renewals are cheaper than acquisition and get less attention
Every lapsed policy is revenue you already earned, walking out because nobody had capacity to make a call before the date. Automated renewal outreach, well before the deadline and in your voice rather than the carrier's, is usually the fastest measurable improvement available to an agency, and it costs nothing per client.
Where I stop, deliberately
Quote intake, renewal reminders, document collection and follow-up are administrative and belong on rails. Recommending coverage, comparing products for a specific client, and anything a regulator would call advice stays with licensed people. I build systems that hand those off rather than attempt them, and I'll say so plainly if asked otherwise.

What it looks like when the tech finally works for you.
Get found, answer fast, and keep clients without lifting a finger. Here's what that actually means day to day.
Quote requests captured the moment they come in, day or night
New leads get a reply before they buy from a competitor
Local pages built to rank everywhere your agency writes
Risk alerts so your team reaches out before clients drift
Am I the right person for your agency?
I'd rather tell you now than three calls in. Here's where I do my best work, and where you're better off calling someone else.
Where I do my best work
Your quotes. A request comes in Friday evening and sits until Monday. The carrier's call centre answered in ninety seconds.
Your renewals. Policies lapse quietly because nobody had time to reach out before the date.
Your ranking. The national brands and comparison sites sit above you for everything, and you're the one who actually knows the local market.
Your book. You're sitting on years of client data and using almost none of it to cross-sell or retain.
Your website. It looks like every other agency site and produces almost nothing.
Where I'm the wrong call
Your agency system. You need Applied Epic, AMS360, or EZLynx administered and supported. I build around those and feed them, I don't run them.
Your compliance. You need someone to own state insurance regulations, FINRA or SEC requirements, and advertising review. I build to those constraints, I don't sign off on them.
Your advice. You want AI recommending coverage or products to clients. I won't build that, and your regulator would agree.
Your budget. Price decides it. Somebody will always quote lower.
Your timeline. It needs to launch immediately with no time from anyone at the agency.
Questions agency owners actually ask.
How much does an insurance agency website cost?
Will this comply with our state and carrier advertising rules?
Do you work with Applied Epic, AMS360, or EZLynx?
Can AI answer quote requests without giving advice?
How do we compete with the national brands outranking us?
Our agency is outside Florida. Does that rule us out?
Who do you work best with?
Brands and businesses I've built for
Work in a neighbouring field? I also help accounting and bookkeeping firms and law firms, and the problems overlap more than you would think.
Are prospects finding you, or the 1-800 competition?
Whether you're in Orlando, Tampa, or somewhere in between, I help independent insurance agencies get found, capture every quote request, and keep more renewals. No tech headaches required.
No pressure, no pitch deck. Just an honest conversation about your goals.
