Where I work

Based in Central Florida. Working well beyond it.

Orlando and Tampa are home. Almost none of the work needs me in the room, though, which is why the client list runs from California to New York.

Most of my clients have never met me.

That isn't a limitation I work around. It's just how this work happens now.

Businesses in California, Colorado, Georgia and New York have had entire projects built, launched and maintained without a single in-person meeting. Not because it was the cheap option, but because for building software, running marketing and getting AI working, being nearby stopped determining quality some time ago.

What does determine it is whether the person doing the work understands your business, and whether you can see what's happening without chasing anyone for an update. Both of those are easier with one person than with an agency, wherever everyone happens to be sitting.

The one thing distance genuinely costs you is the hallway conversation, the small thing somebody mentions in passing that turns out to matter. I make up for it by asking more questions than most people expect on the first call, and by keeping the work visible enough that nothing has to be chased.

Working together, near or far.

Do I need to be in Orlando or Tampa to work with you?
No, and plenty of clients aren't. Central Florida is where I'm based, but the work itself travels fine. I've built and run projects for businesses from California to Colorado and from Georgia to New York. Websites, marketing, custom software and AI all get delivered remotely, and have been for years.
What actually changes if I am local?
Honestly, less than you would think. Being nearby means we can meet when there is a real reason to, and I am glad to when it counts. But a day spent driving, meeting and driving back is a day not spent building your thing, so I would rather put that time into the work. Local clients end up on the same video and written rhythm as everyone else, and the projects go faster for it.
How does remote work in practice?
Video calls when something needs faces, written updates when it doesn't, and somewhere you can see what's happening without having to ask. The failure mode of remote work is silence, so the fix isn't more meetings, it's making progress visible. Most clients hear from me more than they did from whoever they used before.
Which time zones do you work across?
I'm on Eastern time and keep normal hours. Working with clients on Pacific time means their morning is my afternoon, which is usually fine and occasionally an advantage, since things get finished before their day starts. If you're outside the continental US, say so early and we'll be honest about whether the overlap works.
Do you travel to clients?
Rarely, and usually for a good reason rather than a routine one. A day of travel is a day not spent building, so unless being in a room genuinely saves weeks of back and forth, the work moves faster without it. If a trip does make sense, it's part of the scope and quoted up front rather than added later.

Wherever you are, let's talk.

Local, remote, or somewhere in between. Tell me what you're trying to fix and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.

No pressure, no pitch deck. Just an honest conversation about your goals.
