Abstract digital network connections representing modern technology services and AI integration for small businesses
Services

You know your business needs better technology. Let's figure out where to start.

Whether it's AI that actually saves you time, technology leadership that fits your budget, or a website that brings in real business. I help you figure out what matters and get it done.

Sound familiar?

AI is everywhere, except your business.

You keep hearing about it. Your competitors may already be using it. But nobody's showing you what it actually looks like for a company like yours.

You've gotten quotes that don't add up.

Agencies are quoting $20k+ for work that feels like it should cost a fraction of that. You need great work at a fair price from someone without the overhead.

Your tools don't talk to each other.

CRM, scheduling, email, spreadsheets: your team spends hours every day being the glue that holds it all together. There's a better way.

You need a tech person, not a tech department.

A full-time CTO is way out of budget. But you can't keep making technology decisions based on a Google search or a vendor's sales pitch.

I hear these from business owners every week, from healthcare practices and law firms to home service companies and contractors. Here's how I help.

01

AI Integration & Strategy

AI shouldn't be a guessing game. I help you find where it can save real time and money in your business. Then I build it, train your team, and make sure it actually sticks. No hype. Just smart automation where it counts.

  • AI readiness assessments so you know exactly where to start
  • Agentic AI workflows that free your team from repetitive busywork
  • Custom tool setup, integration, and hands-on training so your team actually uses it
  • Ongoing management so nothing breaks when things change

Fractional CTO

You get a seasoned technology leader who joins your team part-time, driving strategy, managing vendors, and making the decisions that used to keep you up at night. All the expertise of a CTO, none of the six-figure salary.

  • Technology roadmaps tied to your revenue goals, not vendor wishlists
  • Vendor evaluation so you stop paying for tools you don't need
  • Architecture decisions that won't need to be redone when you double in size
  • Budget clarity so you know exactly where every technology dollar goes
03

Web Design & Development

Your website should be your hardest-working employee: bringing in leads, building trust, and representing your business around the clock. I design and build custom, high-performance sites from scratch. No templates, no page builders, no cutting corners.

  • Custom design that builds trust before a visitor ever picks up the phone
  • Built for search engines from day one so customers find you, not your competitors
  • E-commerce and web applications that work on every device, every time
  • Ongoing maintenance so your site stays fast, secure, and earning

Getting started is simple.

No complicated onboarding. No three-week wait for a proposal. Here's how it works.

01

We have a conversation

A free, no-pressure call where I learn about your business, your challenges, and what's not working. You'll walk away with clarity, whether we work together or not.

02

You get an honest plan

I'll tell you what I'd recommend, what it'll cost, and (just as importantly) what you don't need. No inflated scopes or unnecessary line items.

03

I get to work alongside you

I embed with your team, stay in regular contact, and deliver results you can see and measure. No vanishing acts. No surprise invoices.

Free. No pitch deck. Just a real conversation about your business.

Why work with me?

You're not hiring an agency. You're not hiring a vendor. You're getting a partner who joins your team and cares about the outcome as much as you do.

I build alongside you

I don't hand you a strategy doc and walk away. I roll up my sleeves, join your meetings, and do the actual work.

Your budget is respected

Every recommendation ties to your bottom line. I'll never upsell you on something your business doesn't need.

20+ years of doing this

From Disney and Universal to local businesses across Florida, I've seen what works, what fails, and how to avoid expensive mistakes.

No vendor lock-in

Everything I build, you own. I recommend what's best for your business, not what earns me the biggest commission.

You always talk to me

No junior associates. No account managers in between. When you hire me, you get me: my experience, my attention, my direct line.

Plain English, every time

I explain things clearly and make sure you understand every decision we make together. No jargon, no hand-waving.

Built on real work, not hypotheticals.

Every recommendation I make comes from having done the work myself, not from reading about it.

From Flash to 6,000 subscribers a month

Jeremiah's Italian Ice was running on an Adobe Flash website that didn't work on phones. I rebuilt their entire digital platform from scratch: location finder, loyalty program, online ordering, and in-store menu boards. It's still powering their business today.

Enterprise thinking, small business pricing

I've led projects for Disney, Universal, and Owens Corning. The difference now is I bring that same level of strategic thinking directly to small businesses, without the agency overhead or the six-figure retainer.

I do the work, not just the plan

I'm not a consultant who hands you a PDF and disappears. I write the code, configure the tools, train your team, and stay involved until it's actually working. If something breaks at 9pm, I'm the one fixing it.

I work across industries.

Every industry has unique challenges. I bring hands-on experience across these verticals, and others.

I work with businesses in Orlando and Tampa in person, and with clients across the country remotely. See where I work.

Questions before you pick a starting point.

Which service do I actually need?
Usually you don't need to know, and working it out is part of the first conversation. Most people arrive describing a symptom rather than a service: the phone gets missed, the site doesn't produce anything, nobody can tell which marketing works, a process only one person understands. The right starting point falls out of that pretty quickly. If it turns out you need something I don't do, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Can I start with one thing and add more later?
That's how most engagements go. Something is broken or urgent, we fix that, and then we look at what the fix revealed. Building a site often surfaces the fact that leads have nowhere useful to land. Automating one process usually exposes the next bottleneck. Starting narrow and expanding is cheaper and less disruptive than trying to solve everything at once.
Do you do one-off projects or ongoing work?
Both, and the honest answer depends on what you're building. A website or a defined automation can be a project with an end date. Custom software that runs part of your business is never really finished, because the business keeps changing, so that's an ongoing arrangement. I'll tell you which one you're actually buying before we start rather than after.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency puts a salesperson in the first meeting and somebody more junior on the work. You get scale and a process. What you don't get is the person who understood your business writing the code. Here it's one person from the first call through to the thing running in production, and still there a year later. That's the whole trade: less capacity, far more continuity.
What if I already have a developer or a marketing company?
That's common and it's often fine. I work alongside existing vendors regularly, and sometimes the most useful thing I do is give you a straight second opinion on whether what you're paying for is working. What I won't do is quietly take over somebody else's account or tell you to fire people so I can bill more.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes, and plenty of them. Orlando and Tampa are where I meet people in person, but the work itself is delivered remotely and has been for years. Clients in California, Colorado, Georgia and New York have had entire projects built and maintained without a single in-person meeting.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and anyone quoting a figure before understanding your business is protecting themselves rather than helping you. What moves the number: how many people use the thing, whether it has to talk to systems you already run, whether it touches money or regulated data, and how much is genuinely new work versus a pattern that already exists. You get the whole scope quoted before anyone commits.

Not sure which service you need? That's OK.

Most of my clients didn't know exactly what they needed when they first reached out. That's what the first conversation is for: to figure it out together.

No pressure, no pitch deck. Just an honest conversation about your goals.
