Everything from selecting the right tools to setting them up, configuring them for your business, connecting them to your other systems, migrating your data, and training your team. I handle the full process so you don't have to figure it out yourself.

Can you help set up HubSpot for my business?

Yes. HubSpot implementation is one of my most common projects. I'll configure your pipelines, set up contact properties, build email templates, create reporting dashboards, connect it to your other tools, and train your team on how to use it. I've done this for businesses across healthcare, home services, legal, and more.

What is workflow automation and do I need it?

Workflow automation connects your tools so they share data without anyone having to copy and paste. For example: a new lead fills out your website form, it automatically creates a contact in your CRM, sends a welcome email, and notifies your sales team on Slack. If your team is doing repetitive data entry between tools, automation can save hours every week.

Do you work with tools besides HubSpot?

Absolutely. I work with whatever tools make sense for your business. That includes Salesforce, Pipedrive, Monday.com, Asana, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zapier, Make, and dozens of others. I'm not tied to any one vendor.

How much does software implementation cost?

It depends on the scope. A basic CRM setup might take a few days. A full business technology overhaul with multiple tools, automations, and migrations could take several weeks. I scope everything upfront so you know exactly what you're getting and what it'll cost before we start.

What if we already have tools but they're not set up right?

That's actually the most common situation I walk into. You bought the tool, but it was never configured for your specific workflow, or the person who set it up is gone. I'll clean up what you have, configure it properly, and connect it to the rest of your stack.
