An online store that actually sells.
Your ecommerce site needs to do more than display products. It needs fast checkout flows, smart product discovery, and a buying experience that turns browsers into repeat customers. I build online stores that do all three. Stores built for Orlando and Tampa businesses, and shipped remotely everywhere else.

I build online stores for small businesses across Orlando, Tampa, and Central Florida. Not template storefronts. Custom ecommerce sites with optimized checkout, product management, and analytics that show you what's working.
What converts, and what costs you sales.
Most ecommerce sites look fine but leave money on the table. The gap between a store that gets traffic and one that actually converts is usually a handful of fixable problems.
of online shoppers abandon carts due to unexpected costs or checkout friction
of first-time buyers research before purchasing, and your site needs to answer their questions
of mobile users leave a site that takes more than 3 seconds to load

An ecommerce platform that grows with your business.
Every online store I build is custom. That means the checkout flow, the product pages, and the buying experience are all designed around how your customers actually shop.
Product Catalog & Management
Inventory sync, bulk uploads, variant handling, and a backend that makes it easy to add or update products without calling a developer.
Checkout Optimization
One-page checkout, guest options, multiple payment methods, trust signals, and cart recovery. Minimal friction from "add to cart" to confirmation.
Smart Product Discovery
Search, filtering, and recommendation logic that helps customers find what they want faster. Upsells and cross-sells placed where they actually convert.
Order Management & Fulfillment
Integrated shipping, label generation, customer notifications at every step. Everything connected so you spend less time on logistics.
Customer Retention
Post-purchase follow-ups, repeat customer incentives, review requests, and email sequences that bring buyers back again.
Analytics & Revenue Tracking
Real-time dashboard showing revenue, conversion rate, average order value, top products, and customer lifetime value. Data you can actually act on.
Everyone can build an online store now. Not everyone can make it outperform.
Shopify themes, WooCommerce plugins, AI store generators. The tools to get an online store running have never been more accessible. And that's the problem. When everyone has access to the same tools, the stores all start to look and function the same way.
What separates stores that sell from stores that sit is the thinking behind them: which products to feature, how to structure the buying journey, where to place trust signals, how to handle objections before they become abandoned carts. That comes from experience, not from a template or a prompt.
With 20+ years of building web experiences, I know what converts because I've tested it across hundreds of projects. AI makes the building faster. Experience makes it work.

How I build your online store.
A proven process from product strategy to launch, with no surprises along the way.
Product & Business Discovery
I learn your products, your customers, and your competition. What are people searching for? Where are they dropping off? What does the buying journey look like?
Store Architecture & Design
I design the catalog structure, product pages, checkout flow, and conversion paths based on how your customers actually shop. You see the design before any code gets written.
Build & Integrate
Custom development, payment processing, inventory management, shipping integration, and all the backend plumbing that makes a store actually work. Built for speed and SEO from day one.
Launch & Optimize
QA, performance testing, analytics setup, and go-live. Then ongoing monitoring, conversion optimization, and refinement based on real sales data.

Three places an online store quietly loses money.
Almost nobody loses sales in the place they think they do. It is rarely the theme, and it is rarely the product photos. It is these three.
The checkout you never tested on a phone
Most carts are abandoned on mobile, and most store owners have only ever completed their own checkout on a laptop. Every extra field, every forced account creation, every shipping cost that appears at the last step costs you buyers who had already decided. The fix is usually removal rather than addition, and it is the cheapest revenue in ecommerce.
The marketplace that owns your customer
Selling through Amazon, Etsy or a similar platform buys you reach and costs you the relationship. They take a cut, they keep the customer data, and they can change the terms whenever they like. That is a reasonable trade for volume, but it is a terrible foundation. Your own store is the part nobody can reprice on you, which makes it worth building properly even when it is the smaller channel.
The second purchase that never happens
Acquiring a first-time buyer costs real money. Getting the same person to buy again costs almost nothing, and most small stores do nothing at all to make it happen. A recovered cart, a restock note at the right interval, a genuine reason to come back: this is where the margin lives, and it runs on its own once it is built.
